H-II - Operation Incursion - G-192 Human Trafficking

Across the globe, in every United Nations member country, Human Trafficking is in the spotlight while Phase I (Non-Lethal Fires) of "Operation Incursion" has been initiated:

International Legal/Law Enforcement Community Called to Action

"Shocked and Horrified" by the September 11 attacks, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy [1] launched the "Dialogue on Freedom" program to teach students about "fundamental values and universal moral precepts."   News regarding the American Bar Association initiative [2] spread across the globe.

Today, the "PROTECT Act of 2003," enacted to prevent child abuse.... serves as a legal template for every United Nations member country....."PROTECT" stands for "Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today". [3]

On the law enforcement level, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or “ICE”, [4] participates in investigating and capturing child sex tourists. In 2003 ICE launched “Operation Predator”, leading to the arrest of over 11,000 child sexual abusers, including more than 1,100 outside the United States. While ICE agents refuse to comment on their means and methods of operation, media reports have suggested the use of undercover agents, internet sting operations, and sophisticated technologies. [5]
