How to Stop Foreclosure Action Today - Reaching Every US Household

We have a message that needs to reach every US household facing foreclosure:
  1. Call the federal Making Home Affordable <makinghomesaffordable.gov> hotline today: (888) 995-HOPE
  2. Explain your situation and request immediate assistance by their Consumer Credit Counseling Umbrella.  Once you place the problem into their hands for resolution, the banks cannot advance foreclosure actions against you.
  3. Allow their intervention team to coordinate resolution of mortgage modification problem.
Millions of families are in a state of emergency due to unemployment. Requests have been advanced for state and federal emergency assistance to provide a mechanism for stabilization, for the duration of this recovery period.
